Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • While the roads to MontEagle are paved, 4WD/AWD or chains may be required to access the home in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly.
  • 5 steps to entry.
  • Home uses an outdoor ring camera at the front and side door to keep the home safe. No cameras face inside or near hot tub and gathering spaces.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (8 guests) allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Pet Friendly with a fenced in backyard. Maximum of 1 dog at $25/night plus tax. 35 lbs and under only.

Fees and Payments

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Pet rent is $25+tax per night for one small dog, 35 lbs and under.

Parking Information

  • Gravel parking for 4 or more vehicles.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Towels and bed linens will be provided.
  • Kitchens are well stocked with utensils and cooking basics, including basic dishes, silverware, microwave/convection oven, and refrigerator.
  • Starter set of paper products provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths (sufficient for one or two nights).
  • Home provides climate control (central heat and air), tankless water heater, Wi-Fi, a whole house generator, and an EV charger.
  • Laundry basics provided: clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron.
